Ilion Mare Villas complex is composed of four (4) spacious family room villas with terrace and sea view. Total area of the complex is 334.90 sqm.
Each villa has a total area of 79.25 sqm (60.15 sqm) , comprising of
- double bedroom (16.40 sqm) with a built in bed and wardrobe with safe box
- living room (36.31 sqm) with fire place, 2 couches, satellite television, including a built in kitchen with the table sitting capacity for 6 persons, refrigerator/freezer, oven and complete cooking and dining set
- bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer (6.12 sqm).
Each villa has an exclusive terrace (69.85 sqm) in front with pergola and plenty of space for relaxing with a table and chairs.
